Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Eyelash Extensionist to join our team of beauty professionals. The Eyelash Extensionist will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients, including applying individual synthetic lashes to enhance the length, curliness, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes.
Key responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their desired look and assess the condition of their natural lashes
Expertly apply individual synthetic lashes to natural lashes using a variety of techniques and adhesives, including classic, volume, and hybrid
Ensure the safety and comfort of clients during the eyelash extension application process
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
Stay up-to-date on the latest eyelash extension techniques and products
Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and high-quality work
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Extensionist
A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is preferred
Proficiency in classic, volume, and hybrid eyelash extension techniques
Ability to consult with clients and assess the condition of their natural lashes
Excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve and learn
